Trusted microdose guidance and support for those who feel called to work intentionally with psychedelics. For harm reduction and educational purposes only.

What does it mean to ‘Microdose’?

Microdosing is when you take a sub-perceptual dose of psychedelic medicine, meaning the dose is so low you do not have a psychedelic experience. You do not experience any strong psychedelic or hallucinogenic effects while microdosing, and you’ll generally be able to do daily life while microdosing.

Microdosing has been shown to promote neuroplasticity, the growth and creation of new neural connections in the brain. Neuroplasticity supports you in creating new thoughts, habits, and behaviors that are healthy, supportive, and aligned with the life you want to live.

According to a study in the Harm Reduction Journal, the benefits of microdosing include:

  • Improved mood

  • Increased energy

  • Improved focus

  • Enhanced creativity & openness

  • Self-efficacy (self-confidence, self-love, increased introspection)

  • Social benefits

  • Cognitive benefits (better able to ‘connect the dots’, mental clarity)

  • Reduced anxiety

  • Physiological enhancement (sleep quality, reduction of migraines & headaches, cardio endurance)

  • Not included in the study above: Transition off of SSRI’s (anti-depressants), anti-anxiety medications, or ADHD medications with greater ease and break free from addictive or toxic thinking and behaviors

*The specific benefits you receive will be wholly connected to your unique reasons for microdosing - everyone is so different!

Microdosing is not…

A cure or a means to an end. Microdosing will not ‘fix’ you or give you all the answers. You always have the answers inside you, and the practice of intentional microdosing can be a supportive tool, much like a warm hug that helps you open new doors to healing and insight along your journey.

Integration and Intention Are Everything

Intentional microdosing means that you’re coming to this work with respect and reverence for this ancient plant medicine that’s been used in celebrations, healing rituals, and religious ceremonies by Indigenous people for millennia. Our work here today would not be possible without the many Indigenous cultures that honored and continue to honor its sacred wisdom.

Intentional work with psychedelics requires support from experienced others you trust and feel safe with. As you begin your relationship with microdosing, things might come up that aren’t all rainbows and butterflies (although there might be some of that too :) ) As a Trauma-Informed Certified Microdose Practitioner, I will hold your hand every step of the way as you begin this beautiful journey inward. We’re not meant to do it alone.

Check out the two services below to see which one is the best fit for you at this moment in time.

Three-Session Intentional Microdose Container

These sessions are heavily rooted in somatics and strongly focused on creating a well-resourced and nourished nervous system. We’ll meet for 60-minute sessions, once weekly for 6 weeks.

Meeting 1: Protocol & Practice – We will figure out the right fit for your personal needs, schedule, dosage, safety, intention, and more.

Meeting 2: Mid-Protocol Check-In – Tailored center + grounding practice, chat about whatever arises, co-create ‘fieldwork’ to practice between sessions.

Meeting 3: End of Protocol Integration – A time for reflection, accountability, and support for integrating this experience into your daily life.

– Free access to my complete Microdosing Guide + Microdosing Companion Journal

– Access to text, voice note, or email between sessions during business hours

MicroSesh

This is a 60-minute single meeting where I’m your resource for all things microdosing. We can talk about logistics like protocol and practice and/or what’s going on during this season of your life and how microdosing could be of support. Includes free access to my complete Microdosing Guide + Microdosing Companion Journal.

Single-session ad-ons are available on an as-needed basis.

Accessibility

Intentional work with psychedelics is not always accessible to those who feel a strong pull to it. It’s extremely important to me that this work finds its way to those who need it, and because of this, I offer sliding-scale rates. Please inquire during your initial Discovery Call if you’re in need of financial assistance.
